It appears that with the recent passage of approval for the Avalon development (located at the interchange of GA-400 and Old Milton Parkway) by the Alpharetta City Council, North American properties is moving forwardly briskly with securing tenants for the commercial portions of the project.
Among the recently committed tenants are:
• Yard House, the second in GA;
• Home furnishings boutique Arhaus;
• Paper Source; and
Both Whole Foods Market and Regal Cinemas had already signed on to the project.
Current plans call for Phase I construction to begin in the Fall of 2012 with an expected Grand Opening on April 5, 2014.
